Migration West

My train trip was finominal. First stop- Chicago. That was a blast, venturing around the city. Continued on my migration west, going through the Rocky Mountain Ranges. Probably my favorite part of the trip. It was the first big scenic wonder, so I was exhilerated. Traveling through Utah and Nevada was cool too. Went through many canyons, and I felt like I was in the old wild west. I finally made it to my destination- Sacramento California. Its beautiful here, with Lake Tahoe just a few short hours away. Went up with aunt melissa, uncle phil, and our friend Dave (as seen in the last picture). Highlight of tahoe trip- got to swim in a glacial lake!

Vegan Bakes

My friend, MegAlice, and I are now vegan bakes. We have began a new project- starting our own vegan bakery over the internet. Please check out our new blog- www.yulichoux.blogspot.com We know you will love it. We just want to offer good vegan treats to those who can rarely enjoy a little splurge because of their restrictive food path. Though, truthfully the only reason why veganis, is so "restrictive" is because this society is highly dependent upon carnivorous crazies and drinkers-of-other-species-milk. Heh. If the restaurants did not just have meat on the menu, maybe we wouldn't be such a minority. So, our mission is loving defiance. We want to appease this society's meaty views with a more loving lifestyle. And the actual renunciation of dairy products, though very difficult to our highly conditioned minds, is actually quite fun. Denying yourself 99% of what Deny's offer on their menu is a strangely satisfying sensation. So, Meg and I are going their tonight! But we are bringing our own food! Our own vegan food! And maybe we'll order a side of grits...

Sitting here with my parallel universe soul sister, Alice. But shes not always Alice. Sometimes she is Clementine. Sometimes I am Sita, or Ren. Or sometimes we are nobody. We had a fun day, getting her laptop and discussing our future. The future invlolves Nova Scotia, gardening, veganism, opening a vegan bakery, no tax men, self sustainability, photographs, tree huts, fuck society, off the gird living times, books, writing, painting, paganism, clove smoking, bicycle rides, pique-niques, tall grass, tall hair, meadows, fields, ocean, snow, traveling the universe, animals, clothing making, and everything else in our parallel universes.
